Linda Paine
President, Co-Founder
Election Integrity Project®California, Inc. (EIPCa)
Linda has always had a passion for people and a deep love of country. In October 2009, Linda cofounded the SCV Tea Party in Santa Clarita. After a year of working with organizations across the southern counties, Linda stepped down from leadership to co-found the SoCal Liberty Coalition of 9 Southern CA counties to work together to compare the negative impact of state and county laws.
On December 28, 2010 Linda co-founded the for-profit Election Integrity Project, Inc. (EIP) to officially start the work of researching, documenting and reporting issues in the election process in CA.
In 2017 Linda Paine and Ruth Weiss co-founded the nonprofit Election Integrity Project®California, Inc. (EIPCa).
Linda and EIPCa are committed to ensuring that EIPCa provides the best possible documentation of state & county election procedures to those in a position to address the vulnerabilities that have been created by CA legislature through laws that remove integrity from the election process.
During the last 11 years EIPCa has 1) trained over 16,000 nonpartisan volunteer observers to document violations and anomalies in over 40 CA counties; 2) researched county and state voter registration databases (multiple times per year), 3) documented laws, policies and procedures, and emergency regulations that have systematically destroyed integrity in the election process, 4) filed a lawsuit against the California Secretary of State and the L.A. County Registrar in 2017 for violation of federal law to maintain accurate voter rolls, 5) filed a lawsuit against the Ventura County Registrar for violation of California election laws giving citizens the right to observe the election process, ask questions, receive answers, document and report issues (trial date in 2022).
EIPCa filed a lawsuit in 2021 to challenge the constitutionality of 20+ California election laws, as well as the emergency regulations and policies and procedures that make it possible to manipulate the vulnerabilities created by those laws. Thirteen Congressional Candidates became co-plaintiffs.
Our lawsuit is now in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
